SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio-- South Euclid, as well as Cleveland Heights and University Heights, could sometime in the future be home to something known as Bike Boulevards designed to provide bicyclists safer paths to their destinations. South Euclid City Council, without opposition, approved on Tuesday (Sept. 27) seeking a Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) TLCI grant to create Northeast Ohio's first Regional Neighborhood Greenways Connectors by designing and marking various routes in the communities.
