BEREA, Ohio -- A Berea man faces several criminal charges after leading police on a high-speed vehicle chase at about 11:30 p.m. Feb. 26. Police saw the man, driving a Ford Focus, parked at Speedway on North Rocky River Drive. They checked the license plate number and a picture of the man appeared on their computer. He was wanted for a felony in Summit County and misdemeanors in Bedford Heights, Broadview Heights and Oakwood. The man pulled out of the parking lot and headed north on Ohio 237. Police tried to stop his car, but he kept driving.
